Waterbent ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy policy-and-terms explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have when using the Waterbent mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services").

- Sync with Apple Health if you choose to connect it.

- Conduct aggregated, anonymized analytics to enhance the App.
- Marketing only with your explicit consent (you may opt out anytime).
3. Legal Bases (GDPR)
We process your data under:
- Performance of contract – to provide Services you request.
- Legitimate interests – to improve usability and App quality.
- Consent – for health integrations, marketing, or AI personalization.

4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share information only:
- With trusted service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, payment systems).

- Hydration logs: kept as long as your account exists, or until you delete them.
- Health integrations: stored only while connected and may be disconnected at any time.
- Payment/subscription records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years).
- Support communications: retained as long as necessary to resolve your request.

Depending on your location, you may request to:
- Access and receive a copy of your data.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Export (port) your data to another service.

Waterbent is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, such data will be deleted.

- Role-based access controls.
- Regular audits and monitoring.
9. International Transfers

We may update this Privacy policy-and-terms. If changes are material, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect via App or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means acceptance.
